NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 12, 2013,and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-053317 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust, NA f/k/a successor-in-trust to JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for certificate holders of American General Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1, American General Mortgage Pass-through Certificate Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Leslie R. Newman a/k/a Leslie Newman, Dale Newman, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Tenant #1 N/K/A Shauna Garritson, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

THENCE EAST 132.39 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 168.50 FEET; THENCE WEST 131.68 FEET THENCE NORTH 168.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE SOUTH THIRTY FEET FOR ROADWAY PURPOSE ONLY AND THE NORTH SIX FEET FOR UTILITY PURPOSES ONLY.
