NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-050424 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for BNC Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Delvin Scott, Royal Greens at Gateway Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Stephanie Corbin, Tenant #2 n/k/a Jessica Corbin, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 624, BUILDING 06, OF ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 200600154122, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
