The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 13, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73 AND 74, BLOCK 924, OF UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 117 TO 148 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
