Final Judgment was awarded on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-052045, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST, 2006-1, is the Plaintiff, and, STEVE AGUDIO; NANCY J. AGUDIO F/K/A NANCY J. CAREY are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 13, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 6003, UNIT 94, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 35 THRU 39, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
