Final Judgment was awarded on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-053917, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, FRED DENDY, III; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; SAN MIRAGE AT BONITA SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; SPRING CREEK EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LESLIE LOPEZ are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 13, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 138, SAN MIRAGE AT BONITA SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4596, PAGE 2292, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
