NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on APR 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-054913, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and MANFRED LUENSE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PAULA BURGER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A SHAQUEZ MATIAS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash on Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF LEE STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 19, BLOCK 12, CITY VIEW PARK NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 32, AS PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
