Final Judgment was awarded on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-050655, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and MARIA LOWE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA LOWE are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 1421, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
