NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-051589, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT C. KULENIC; ANNA KULENIC; CAP CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of May, 2013, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOTS 49 AND 50, BLOCK 4617, UNIT 69, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 31 TO 51, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
