The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 13, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26 AND 27, TAMIAMI TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
