NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 11 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-063737, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JASON MCGILLICUDDY, DR. GOODROOF INC., FABRI-TECH SCREEN ENCLOSURES INC., FERGUSON ENTERPRISES INC., FOAM WIZARD INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAS WHOLESALE LENDER, THE CONTRACTYARD LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF COX LUMBER CO DBA HD SUPPLY LUMBER & BUILDING MATERIALS, TERESA MCGILLICUDDY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8000, OF THE PLAT OF ESTATES OF OLD BURNT STORE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 32 AND 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
