Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 11 day of April, 2013, and entered in case No. 12-CC-002982 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HEATHER RIDGE II OF BROOKSHIRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DAWN LAMBETH, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 214, Building No. 21, HEATHER RIDGE II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2106, Page 3392, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
