NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed April 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-070818 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOHN W. LONGRIDGE, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 23 and 24, Block 4440, Unit 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 48 through 81, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
