NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-051008 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein IBERIABANK, a Louisiana bank, is the Plaintiff, and MAJORCA REALTY II, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; RICHARD DRATH, individually; and MAJORCA PALMS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, are the Defendants.
The Lee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via Internet auction sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on May 8, 2013, the following described property, as set forth in said Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 1, Majorca Palms Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2008000028018, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
The property is located in Lee County at 4742 Palma de Nova Place, Fort Myers, Florida 33905.
Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all water and riparian rights, wells, ditches and water stock, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate described (all referred to as Property).
Lot 2, Majorca Palms Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2008000028018, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
The property is located in Lee County at 4744 Palma De Nova Place, Fort Myers, Florida 33905.
Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all water and riparian rights, wells, ditches and water stock, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate described (all referred to as Property).

Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all water and riparian rights, wells, ditches and water stock, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate described (all referred to as Property).
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THIS SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
