certificateholders for merrill lynch mortgage investors trust, mortgage loan asset-backed certificates, series 2005-a6 is Plaintiff and luis a. rendon; catalina bohorquez; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; john doe and; jane doe as unknown tenants in possession; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc; ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, AS AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 10 day of May, 2013, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
