Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and entered into Civil Court Action 12-CA-018863-N in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Charles R. Mitchell is a Plaintiff and Barbara J. Johnson, as personal representative of the Estate of Andrew Johnson is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. In a sale at Public Auction to be conducted electronically at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on May 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
Progress Village Unit 1, Lot 7, Block 5, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 35 on Page 32 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
commonly referred to as 7913 Endive Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33619.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
