NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-011332 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO “LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WAMU SERIES 2007-OA4TRUST, is Plaintiff, and RODOLFO MENENDEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 236, Building 20 of THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16387, Page 330, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
