NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-014465, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO RUIZ; ANSELMA AVILA RUIZ; JOHN DOE A/K/A OSVALDO RUIZ; JANE DOE N/K/A BARBARA RUIZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
