NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08 CA 000228, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL INC BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC F/K/A MERITECH MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC AS ITS ATTORNEY IN FACT is the Plaintiff and VERNELL YATES; JANE DOE N/K/A EBONY PEARSON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF CLOSED STREET ABUTTING THEREON IN BLOCK 16, OF LESLEY'S PLAT ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA ; SAID WEST 20 FEET OF CLOSED STREET INCLUDED ABOVE FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ABOVE MENTIONED LOT 3, RUN THENCE EAST 20 FEET: THENCE SOUTH 70 FEET : THENCE WEST 20 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3, RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING (BEING A PORTION OF MONRARA STREET, NOW CLOSED).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
