NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-015655 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Freedom mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Pamelak Stager , et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of May, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Being and Known and Designated as the West 208.64 Feet of the South ½ of Lot 7, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 27, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, in South Tampa, according to the map or plat thereof Recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, Subject to Right-Of-Way for 16th Avenue South, Less those portions conveyed in O.R. Book 1467 at Page 851; O.R. Book 1947 at Page 216 and O.R. Book 1985 at Page 823.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
