UNRUH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; ALLEGRO PALM CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARVIN CHARLES, and TENANT #2 N/K/A AIEYETORA CHARLES are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
