NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009 CA 024061 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, JOYCE A. SCHATZBERG A/K/A JOYCE SCHATZBERG, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 15th day of May, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 18, BLOCK A, RIDGE CREST SUBDIVISION UNITS 1-2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 174, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
