CRIMES; MRC RECEIVABLES CORPPORATION, as assignee of PROVIDIAN BANK; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; and UNKNOWN TENANTS, in possession of the subject property,

TO: DONA MARIE CRIMENS, deceased, a/k/a DONNA MARIE CRIMENS, a/k/a DONA M. CRIMES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, including but not limited to those Heirs and Devisees of the ESTATE OF DONA MARIE CRIMENS, a/k/a DONNA MARIE CRIMENS, a/k/a DONA M. CRIMES:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in KINGSWOOD CO-OP, INC. which is located in Hillsborough County and which is more fully described as:
Unit/Lot No. 13, Kingswood Co-Op, Inc., a Florida not for profit Corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 10584, Page 428, et seq. Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.
The mobile home is further identified as 1989 Barrington; Title No. 49071940 (VIN FLFLJ33B12055BA; Decal No. 12058681).
Also known as 10917 Whispering Oaks Circle Riverview, FL 33569.
This action has been filed against you as Defendants, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Powell Carney Maller, P.A., One Progress Plaza, Suite 1210, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before May 20th, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
