NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-013364 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC., is the Plaintiff and JEROME KALMIN; JUDITH E KALMIN; TAMPA PALMS NORTH OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; OXFORD PLACE AT TAMPA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on MAY 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 4201 OF OXFORD PLACE AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, (CONDOMINIUM”), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF (“DECLARATION”), AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16175, PAGE 0218 ET SEQ., IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
