NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-003167 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, PLAINTIFF, AND BETTY B. MCINVALE A/K/A BETTY MCINVALE, SUNTRUST BANK, BAYSHORE TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., AND ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT IS DECEASED, THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT, AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANTS, are Defendants.

THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS APARTMENT A-33 IN BAYSHORE TRACE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3404, PAGE 1104 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUUNTY, FLORIDA AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
