NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-002801 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, is the Plaintiff and David L. Middleton, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Tenant #1 n/k/a Vincent Dagostino, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 23rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EASTERLY 55 FEET OF LOT 10 AND THE WESTERLY 5 FEET OF LOT 11, IN BLOCK 2 OF PURITY SPRINGS HEIGHTS, NO. 4, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, ON PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID EASTERLY 55 FEET OF LOT 10 BEING THAT PART OF LOT 10 LYING EAST OF A LINE DRAWN 5 FEET EASTERLY FROM AND PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 10, THE WESTERLY 5 FEET OF LOT 11, INCLUDED ABOVE, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS THAT PART OF LOT 11 LYING WEST OF A LINE LOCATED 5 FEET EAST OF AND PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 10 AND 11.
