NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000186 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE LXS 2007-6 TRUST FUND, is the Plaintiff and Dharmesh G. Patel, Dipti D. Patel a/k/a Dipti Patel, Jane Doe a/k/a Karen West, John Doe a/k/a Danielle Sallade, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. acting solely as nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc. d/b/a American Mortgage Network of Florida, Pelican Pointe Townhomes Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
