NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-022927, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-O A4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA CERTIFICATES, SERIES is the Plaintiff and BRIGITTE BADELL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIGITTE BADELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC.; THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO.222, BUILDING 16, OF THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16387, PAGE 330, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
