NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-001630 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANGEL RESTO AKA ANGEL RESTO, JR; ELIZABETH CAAMANO-RESTO AKA ELIZABETH CAAMANO; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH CAAMANO-RESTO AKA ELIZABETH CAAMANO; LAKE PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on MAY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 39A, LAKE PLACE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS AS CONTAINED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7212, PAGE 1378, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF LOT 78, PHASE 39, LAKE PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 78: THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 10'13” EAST 14.70 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 78 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 49'47” EAST, 11.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 10'13” EAST, 9.5 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 49'47” EAST. 7.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 10'13” EAST 31.2 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 49'47” WEST, 17.7 FEET TO SAID WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 78; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 10'13” WEST, 40.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
