NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 05, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-015606 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and KEYLA BURGOS A/K/A KEYLA S. BURGOS COX; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEYLA BURGOS A/K/A KEYLA S. BURGOS COX; UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/24/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT E-208 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS III, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 37-1 THROUGH 37-4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON NOVEMBER 29, 1983 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4226, PAGES 656 THROUGH 731, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
