NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-008366, DIVISION: F, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein GENERATION MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff and DOLORES OQUENDO DAVILA A/K/A DELORES OQUENDO DAVILA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOLORES OQUENDO DAVILA A/K/A DELORES OQUENDO DAVILA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RUSSELLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT G-145 OF RUSSELLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3807, PAGE 1312 THROUGH 1369, INCLUSIVE AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
