NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-002001 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. GIZZI AKA MICHEAL GIZZI AKA MICHEAL ANDREW GIZZI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. GIZZI AKA MICHAEL GIZZI A/K/A MICHAEL ANDREW GIZZI; TAMMY MARIE GIZZI A/K/A TAMMY M. GIZZI; SUNTRUST BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, HICKORY RIDGE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
