NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-011774 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and NILS GARCIA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA YAMILA VARGAS; are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on MAY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BLOCK 1, WOOD LAKE - PHASE 1 - UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
