NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-004915 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2007-2, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and OSMAY RODRIGUEZ; DAISY FERNANDEZ AKA DAYSI FERNANDEZ; WILDEWOOD AT PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS INC,; UNKNOWN TENANT#1 NKA OELIVIS FUNDORA; are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 4, WILDEWOOD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
