NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in favor of Plaintiff SunTrust Bank in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida on May 28, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
THE SOUTH 170.16 FEET OF LOT 5 OF TAFT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 180.0 FEET THEREOF AND LESS ALSO THE EAST 200 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED ABOVE RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 30' 39” WEST 54.85 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 58' 22” WEST 180.01 FEET, THENCE NORTH 15 FEET ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF MOTT ROAD, THENCE EAST 195.01 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 69.85 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY FIRST ABOVE DESCRIBED, AND THENCE WEST 15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
