NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-017892 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR3, is Plaintiff, and LLILIAM M. ROSELLO A/K/A LILLIAM ROSELLO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. B, Building 51, of Whispering Oaks, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 16059, Page 616, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium for Whispering Oaks, a Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 16106, Page 477 and any further amendments thereto, and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
