NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030720 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR2, is Plaintiff, and DIANE S. FRICKE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK 16, COUNTRY PLACE WEST-UNIT V, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
