A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of a change of domicile for the Ward. HERBERT G. SCHIMMEL, guardian had filed a Petition for Discharge upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward. Thirty days from the date of the first publication of this notice, HERBERT G. SCHIMMEL, guardian, will request the Court to enter an Order Discharging him as Limited Guardian of the Property of the Ward. At that time, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Georgia.
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections to the final report or petition for discharge of the guardians shall file such objections with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
