NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-025776 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 10th day of May, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOT 1 AND THE WEST 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 19 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 7, GROVE PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
