POGGEMOELLER, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 29th day of May, 2013, the following described property:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. FLORIDA, RUN EAST 264.00 FEET, SOUTH 231.0 FEET WEST 264.0 FEET AND RUN NORTH 231.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
