NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CC-034955 Div. H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Townhomes of Kings Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Melanie Fore and Tenant n/k/a Jessica Bohlen are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 17, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 11, of KINGS LAKE TOWNHOMES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 51, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
