Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-03303-G, pending in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY N. ZAPPONE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY N. ZAPPONE, SECURED FUNDING CORP., ALWAYS GREEN, INC., HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, I shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder, at 10:00 a.m. online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 4th day of June, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
The North 29 feet of Lot 16 and the South 45 feet of Lot 17, Beach Park Annex, according to the map or Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 52, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
