NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-006557, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and SANDRA MENDEZ, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., WILLIAM MENDEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 89, TOWN ''N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
