NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-014720 CI 7 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and William G. Buckles, Jr.; Patsy L. Buckles; Shipwatch Eight Condominium Assocaition, Inc.; Shipwatch Yacht & Tennis Club Assocation, Inc; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 4, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 1844, Building 11351, Phase I, Shipwatch Eight, A Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 112, Pages 13 through 29, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 8103, at Page(s) 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
