NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09012718CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and DAVID D. HUNDLEY AS TRUSTEE OF THE DAVID D. HUNDLEY TRUST U/A/D 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2004; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DAVID D. HUNDLEY AS TRUSTEE OF THE DAVID D. HUNDLEY TRUST U/A/D 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2004; WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; DAVID D. HUNDLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JENNIFER M. ROMAN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 12, PLAT OF ORANGE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
