NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-009683-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and PELICAN HOMES, LLC; KENDALL LANGFORD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHARLES JOHNSON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 28, LEWIS ISLAND SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 34-35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
