NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-009758-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4 ASSET BACKED NOTES, is the Plaintiff and LAVINA DOS SANTOS; OVERLOOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOW TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, AT PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
