NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-011729 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and PELICAN HOMES, LLC; KENDALL LANGFORD A/K/A KENDAL LANGFORD; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 16, LEWIS ISLAND SUBDIVISION SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 60 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
