NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-06848 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and , JAMES A. BRENNAN A/K/A JAMES BRENNANand UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES A. BRENNAN A/K/A JAMES BRENNAN are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 21ST day of MAY, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, SUTTON'S RE-SUBDIVISION OF BRAMELL'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
