LOT 16, BLOCK 8, ULMERTON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SEMES STREET VACATED PER O.R. BOOK 6616, PAGE 1724.
