NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522008CA007556XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Under Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of January 1, 2006 Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-NC1, is Plaintiff and Carole Gursey A/K/A Carole A Gursey; Pinellas County Clerk of Circuit Court; The State of Florida Department of Revenue, Wayne L. Mckay Sr. and Jane Doe #2 n/k/a Felicia Taylor, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 9th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 6, BAYVIEW TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3774 Abington Avenue S, St. Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
